Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds. If there is a problem with your order, please email botanicaltouchco@gmail.com and we will happily send you a replacement free of charge.

Delivery & Shipping

All orders will be processed within 2-4 days unless otherwise stated on the website, as occasionally the Botanical Touch Shop does close. In the event that the shop is closed and an order is placed, the order will be processed within 2-4 days of the re-opening date stated on website. Orders are generally shipped using USPS ground shipping. Botanical Touch LLC can not guarantee shipping times with USPS.
